Before you join...

StreamTV subscriptions are made using a PayPal payment profile, with an automatic payment sent to us on the date of sign up monthly.
Your StreamTV username will be taken as the email address of the associated PayPal account used.

A "Welcome Email" will be sent to this address and will contain StreamTV credentials, setup guides and StreamTV Support links.

If you already have a subscription with us and will be using the same PayPal account, please be sure to let our StreamTV Support staff know - as an alternative email address for the new subscription will be needed.

This will also be the mail recipient for the new subscription credentials.

If you are re-activating an expired subscription with us, or upgrading to multi-room tier pricing - the new payment profile will be attached to your subscription - no new "Welcome Email" will be sent out unless requested in the Support group.

Multi-room can be selected as an add-on within the payment profile setup page.

Please be sure that any previous payment profiles for other subscription tiers are cancelled when setting up new multi-room tier profile pricing.
 

IMPORTANT NOTE: StreamTV is a manual processing service for subscription creations/amendments, meaning there may be a delay whilst our Sales team create your "Welcome Email"/amend your existing subscription.

Please be sure that there are sufficient funds in your PayPal account to make these monthly payments - any failed payments are given a 5 day grace period from StreamTV to allow PayPal to automatically retry the payment.

If there are 3 failed payments, subscription will expire and the payment profile will be cancelled by PayPal.

Please do no raise any PayPal Cases against StreamTV during waiting period for your Welcome Email. Any cases created will be refunded and subscription terminated.
